Quick question....and please only respond if you know about these things...I dont need a bunch of people who dont know, acting like experts Ok so here goes.... If an employee is prescribed medication from a doctor....and one of these meds is a nerve medication....is it legal for an employer to say I dont want you taking that at work? This person has an anxiety problem and is working in the service industry...she tends to be a little stressed and overwhelmed when she has lots of customers at the same time. ..but her employer is telling her she cant take the medication that keeps her calm....i would figure this is illegal...
