Quick question or how can I say this? And I have had the tendency to voice what other people think, but that doesnt matter. Its just my opinion and a right that I personally fought for so I will somewhat voice my opinion giving you this hypothetical scenario. If you where a CEO/overall boss of a company, lets just say a superintendent of a school and you have a person, we will just say he is a principle who has given lets say 30-35 years of service to your school district helping mold young children and has gone the extra mile trying to help the youth in your area. This person that has worked for you has been really faithful and loyal to the school district, but because the test scores are low he gets pretty much fired in the middle of the school year instead of at the first of the year or the end of the year. What kind of message are you trying to portray with that? Where is the loyalty to that person that has been loyal to you as the CEO? Now granted the worker wasnt getting the results that they were supposed to does that mean you just terminate them? Does the other years this person has done count for anything? Im just throwing this made up scenario out there to try and get other peoples opinions. If you would like to give your opinion it would be great and if not thats fine too.
