Quick tip. Those of you wanting to gain strength and muscle, especially if you have reached a plateau. When you use resistance machines and some free weights try and disengage the muscle completely then re engage it with each rep. By this I mean release your grip briefly after each rep. You dont need to every week but try some sets of it and you will start to see results. Its obviously not doable on everything but you can try it on your plated chest press machines, shoulder press, reverse fly and many others.
