Quick update friends! Jobs reports are looking good - hourly wages are up and employer confidence is on the rise. Stock markets closed strong last week. If you can believe it, the 30 year fixed rate actually dipped down even further to 3.89% - unheard of! We are in what is always a slower season for the real estate market, but amongst Rodeo offices the number of sales look better than anticipated. Is this is an early sign of a strong 2015? I certainly hope so! Have a great week and dont get caught up in holiday madness - its the season for good cheer so avoid the mall at all costs :-)
