Quick update on the games situation in Kochi City. First - the Kochi Board Game club will hold their January event on Sunday, January 25th at 1:00 in the Enokuchi Community Center - just down the street and around the corner from Doug Marsaliss store. Ive spoken to one of the organizers, and hes happy to have you all join. If anyone is interested, Id be glad to come along with you. Second - with the closing of Five Card, the local collectibles chain Freaks will begin hosting FNM at their Kochi Station store starting this week. Tengudo will also add a few events to their calendar in addition to their weekly drafts. If you are interested, please feel free to message me - I will gladly prepare a deck for you to try out! Finally - I swung by Famille in Takajomachi this week and picked up a nifty little Settlers of Catan pencil-and-paper version for free. If you are interested in some Euro games, swing by their store - they have a ton in stock, and maybe you can get a free Catan set, too!
