Quiet night at the house this evening with everyone gone for the weekend. It has truly been a night of reflections after this week we have gone through. Pat Pate Ormond I think after living with you for a year now you have finally taught me to slow down a little and relax. It all will get done eventually. You have also taught me to laugh at myself and not take life too seriously. I may not have all I want but I truly have all that I need. Still waiting for the guy to come sweep me off my feet. I am not holding my breath on that one. But I think I especially love the laughter you have brought into my life again. I will never look at a dinning room table the same way again and not think of us with our laptops open and crying with laughter. I may always be the jeans and flannel shirt kind of girl but I promise I will find some place to wear that little black dress to by the fall even if it is a girls night out. Oh wait I still need to loose a few pounds to wear it. Thank you Pat for being the Bestest Friend Ever as Bobbiy Ormond would say. I will truly miss her this fall when she leaves for college. Tomorrow I am cleaning out my refrigerator and turning it into a healthy eating experience and making my doctor happy.
