Quinoa Chicken Chilli 1 organic boneless skinless chicken breast 1 can organic low sodium chicken broth 8 oz organic tomato sauce 10 oz organic canned tomatoes 1 can organic black beans, rinsed & drained 2 organic cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup quinoa 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon red pepper Put everything in your crock pot. Cook on low for about 6 hours. Remove chicken, shred, & return to crock pot.
