Quinoa,one of the almost complete food from the plant kingdom,suitable,healthy,sustainable,low in calorie and very. Rey high in nutrient,one of the major health boosting superfood on earth. This humble looking tiny grain is packed with vital combinations of vitamins,plant protein,amino acids, phytonutrients and amazing blend of almost all the minerals in one and is very versatile to cook,plus easy to prepare.
