Quips. # 2. What is the matter with our country? Earthquakes around the world; America is there to help. We are all over the world to help other people, which is all right to a degree. But what about our own population? Tens of thousands of kids being either abandoned, and are put into foster homes to be raised by whom? Mind you there are a lot of good people who take this seriously, but how about the many, to whom this has become a business? Might put this subject into my new book that I’m writing. ***************************** One more peeve. What’s with the adoption craze of Babies from Somalia, Africa and other exotic countries? I was not aware of the situation that we had a shortage of adoptable children of any age here within the united States. *************************************** Then of course we have those tiny celebrity dogs. very small creatures that are mainly there for decorations. Almost forgot to mention only those that have certified papers that will proof that their ancestry goes back to an Egyptian king. ******************* After all one can not be seen with only a cute little dog where the sire goes back a thousand years, whereas the mother comes from a very good neighborhood. ******************** Writing this, it finally dawned on me, the meaning of the meaning, of what it means, of not loosing face.
