Quite amusing when you turn on Facebook a Question pops up in the Status Section " Whats On Yr Mind? " To be quite honest their isnt much on my mind & i only have a modicum of focus on Monkey Mind thoughts flowing thru like a parade a bit of chatter like monkeys chattering jumping from branch to branch I Choose to pay More Attention to The Heart -=- The Solar Plexus its been a fantastic week everything was well beyond expectations my cup is always empty i dont invest to much energy into thought or expectations Number 1 its about what i Feeeeel having the Courage-Wisdom- Honesty to put my Ego aside & allow a Higher Power to Enter -Guide me through the Precarious River of Life...its Sunday on my Roman Linear Calender i light the Sage & Give Thanks for All The Gifts -Experiences the gods ( of yr choice ) Great Spirit has granted me in this Life Journey -=- i bid thee All Good-=-Day whatever time zone you are in Wherever you might be on this planet -=- i send you All The Good Vibe -=- Infinite Blessings -=- Love & Light )))))))))---->>
