Quite an interesting session tonight where some participants who had done a knee hang catch once ended up doing the following all in a 90 minutes session: Plange catch and return back to the board - lay out catch - double to the net and finally double layout to the net. Please note i said participants as they were two of them doing this progression. I also forgot to mentioned we have yet to start teaching them how to swing which we will do in tomorrow mornings session. They simply learned from watching Andrea swinging for her split!
