Its almost like dysmorphia; youre doing the work but you cant see the results. Have faith, its all happening. You cant change the speed of biology. You have to be CONSISTENT, have INTENSITY and AIM HIGH by being a visionary of your goals. This same philosophy holds true in business goals, changing your mindset (self-development), and creating any new, healthy habit whether physical or spiritual. Remember nothing worth the celebration of a victory ever came easy. After all, whats the point of celebrating something in which your arent emotionally and physically invested?
