But so often we feel that the full expression of our love is not possible for some to experience or even understand. That is the longing of love to connect to others of like heart and mind in a dance of understanding and trust. Today, feel into the all the love that has ever been offered to you. Close your eyes and imagine there is love in baskets. One basket is the love that you have willingly received and enjoyed from others and yourself. The other basket is the love that has been offered but you have not known how to receive or integrate. But notice that it is still love that is right there for you when you can finally grasp its depth and complexity. Which basket is deeper? Which basket are you ready to feel into again? Do yourself a favor and dive into the basket that stretches you out of your normal experience and into a place where you begin to understand and know that perhaps you did not believe you deserved that much love or that kind of love from others. Make a decision to always allow in all the love being offered. Allow it to filter into the cracks of your soul to the places it is needed most.
