Dead at 35, buried at 65 He basically discussed with us that most people settle for less and because they ACCEPT LESS in their life. They dont understand that stress is the very thing we need in order to adapt. Living life is a privilege and people feel they HAVE TO LIVE LIFE. They complain, they dont do anything to grow. They dont grow because growth hurts. Growth hurts because it lies beyond your comfort zone, beyond what your used to doing and know HOW TO DO. I am blown away by the wealth of knowledge Coach Sommers has to offer and I am so very grateful to be in his presence and learn from him this weekend! Another GAME CHANGING MOMENT in my life! Day 1 complete...well BURGER TIME first with the amazing group of students that came out to the course! Day 2 should be a load more fun and a load more learning and knowledge bombs! :D
