Quoting Zander Nyrond, whos said it thoroughly: So, it seems that the pesticide manufacturers are determined to kill off the worlds bees. In the face of overwhelming scientific evidence that this is what is happening and why, they persist in pushing neonicotinoids, funding their own studies to compromise the data, suing governments which try to ban them, and now this. This would seem on the face of it to be insane. No bees, no pollination, no plants, no animals, no people, no profits. Unless...they have an alternative. These are seed management companies as well as pesticide makers, after all, in the forefront of GM crop design. Suppose they have found a way to propagate plants without pollination. Duly patented and copyrighted, of course, seeds only available from them each year at a price that goes up every time...and without them, nobody in the world eats. Pure conspiracy theory nuttiness, of course. Tinfoil hat stuff. Dont worry about it. No corporation in the world would ever try anything so ridiculous as getting an unbreakable monopoly on food. They must just be stupid. Yeah, thats it. Thats more comforting.
