R A Z O R C U R L My fave variation using the GHR! Set up with feet flat on the platform, hips flexed so that the torso is nearly parallel to the floor. You want to ensure that your body is STRAIGHT and LONG, extending yourself until the whole body is parallel to the floor just like a regular GHR exercise. From there, push the toes into the platform and pull with the hammies by pushing your butt back! Its an awesome exercise to use to build hammie strength and works the Glutes!!!
