R.I.C Publications was appalled to hear of the devastation caused - TopicsExpress

R.I.C Publications was appalled to hear of the devastation caused by a deliberate act of arson at Wellers Hill State School. The fire blazed throughout the school, destroying five refurbished Year 1 classrooms. The block also contained three store rooms: one containing Year 1 curriculum resources; another containing art supplies; and the final room housing P & C material, resources and historical records. The teacher aide workroom was also destroyed, including, most significantly, teaching resources that were handmade by the teacher aides over a number of years - material that is irreplaceable. We are proud to announce that we have been able to assist by donating $1000 worth of R.I.C. Publications resources. We will be working closely with the team at Wellers Hill to ensure that teachers and students can access the materials they need in time for the beginning of Term 3.
