R.I.P. H.R. Giger Today is a terribly sad, sad day for the Art World, as we have lost one of the last remaining Greats. A true pioneer and innovator, nearly every Alien since the 1970s has been compared to the remarkable creations by visionary H.R. Giger. He has remained one of my biggest inspirations since I was born, and not a day goes by where his work hasnt had her way with me. Giger was a Master of the Macabre and introduced me to the writings of one of my favorite Poets, Oscar Wilde (without whom the name WildChild may never have existed).
