R R R R R O O M, Greenlane, $175pw inc expenses. We live in a little slice of heaven two mins walk from Cornwall Park. Great neighbourhood and accessibility throughout Auckland. Close to the supermarket etc, Greenlane train station, and the motorway. Also, a couple of buses to the city stop a stones throw from our house. The room is in a large home, with a beautiful view of the sunny deck and backyard. It has a wardrobe and polished wooden floors, though it comes unfurnished. Chilled out, but pretty social flat. Food wise everyone has their own shelves in the fridge and cupboards and we cook separately. Rent includes all other facilities except food, and worthy of special mention is our wonderful cleaner who comes once a week to make our lives a breeze! Current flat mates are 4 Christian gals: 25 yr old trained photographer working in interior design, Alecia Honey; 28 yr old studying a masters in primary teaching (me); 28 yr old trained in community development working in the charity sector Melody Cooper; And a delightful 26 yr old doctor, recently arrived from Northern Ireland, Emma Church. Our dream flatmate would be: -27yrs+ -Considerate, mature and clean -Laid back -Prone to a good laugh! Girls and guys welcome, though no couples sorry.
