RA9262: protection order to secure from the courts prohibiting their husband or partner from harassing, annoying, telephoning, contacting or otherwise communicating with them. The court may direct the husband to stay away from the household members at a specified distance and to stay away from the house, school, places of employment. The husband may taken out from the couples house regardless of ownership of the residence.
