RACE RELATIONS DISCUSSION: My family and I are discussing the situation in Fergurson, MO, as well as, other topics concerning race relations, with colored and non-colored people, throughout history. My daughter hit me with some hard questions, that I cannot answer, so I am putting them out on FB for discussion. 1) Why were Africans enslaved by white people in America? 2) Why did Africans allow themselves to be enslaved? 3) Why do some white people hate black people? 4) Why do black people get treated less fairly, than white people by the police? I am posting these questions for a discussion. I realize, it is a hard discussion, but this is for discussion. We need to discuss race relations, more, now than ever before. Let the discussion begin.
