RADIOCITY NEWS BITE; Police issues traffic guidelines as Makerere graduation starts. Traffic police has issued the guidelines to be followed during 65th Makerere graduation starting today 21st to Friday 23rd at Makerere University. The traffic police commander Kampala metropolitan Norman Musinga says that during the graduation ceremony, traffic officers will be deployed to guide traffic flows to ensure normal activities. He says the main gate will be used by VIPs, and University officials with red stickers, parents will use the Eastern gate while graduates from Gayaza, Wandegeya access parking at Nkrumah Ground, Western gate will be for parents and graduates from northern root of Bwaise, Kasubi, Hoima road who will access parking at Faculty of Technology and chapel yard. MUK main gate will be open for graduates and parents from Old Kampala LDC side who will access parking at Chapel yard and other areas as directed by traffic officers.
