Manager, Sales No of Vacancies: 01 Job Level: Mid Job Type: Full Time Job Description: The scope of the role includes the following: Develop and implement sales plan Develop annual sales plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives. Lead and Monitor the Sales Team Perform regular field visits to different companies for partnership opportunities. Develop sales forecast and ensure coordination with operational team for smooth sales. Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on- going visits to customers and non-customers. Must be driven & disciplined in effectively leading a Sales Team and achieving sales targets. Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential. Deal with corporate clients. Monitor monthly performance report. Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business. Guide and motivate sales team. Educational Qualification: Minimum BBA or equivalent Work Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in similar position in Real Estate/Developer sector.
