RAMADAN KAREEM ~ Iftar for the Needy Poverty is everywhere around us. Sometimes just around the corner and in most cases a lot closer to home. A lovely group of youth (my daughter and her friends) will isA be cooking 300 meals every day during Ramadan to distribute to the poor. The cost per meal is LE 15, and includes: rice, meat or poultry, vegetables, bread, dessert, dates, juice and pickles. All contributions are greatly appreciated, whether monetary, in-kind or your physical presence in helping us pack these meals.
