Experience required for the Job: 2 - 10 years we people have an urgent requirement for RAN Specialist/Sr Engg/Engg for a leading MNC Telecom Company for Delhi/NCR Location. JD: The primary purpose is to take full responsibility for configuration changes of the BSS network within the scope of work as delegated by work area responsible. The position responsible will be required: * To work within well defined system support guidelines & processes * Responsible for configuration change and CR Handling * Coordination with design, planning & customer teams * To prioritize CR to meet SLA/WLA and work within well defined system support guidelines * To evaluate and carry out planned events for 2G , 3G and Edge expansion in line with defined KPIs * 3G hardware, software and transmission expansions to deliver capacity and performance improvements * To ensure completion of 2G/3G new site planning and implementation within stipulated time in line with defined KPIs * Produce and implement 2G/3G data transcripts onto the live network to enable expansion of existing sites and deployment of new sites * Experience in Cramer planning tool a plus * To participate in technical discussion in view to improve performance and make recommendation wherever possible * Good knowledge of service performance indicators and their interpretation * To ensure correct work methodology in order to avoid outages due to unawareness * To organize in house trainings, backup plans etc * Ensure quality check for the configuration changes done * Planning: effectively plan, document and implement all activities * Problem solving: must be able to pro-actively analyze problems and determine solutions based on the facts * Interpersonal skills: must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication.
