RANCHEHOUSE ACCESS CHANGING NEXT MONTH Work will start next month on access changes to the Cochrane RancheHouse. Growth has meant an increase in traffic volumes in the area; the new traffic pattern is the solution developed in collaboration with Alberta Transportation and the developer of Sunset Ridge and is designed to make the intersection safer. Northbound on Hwy 22: • RIGHT TURNS allowed from Hwy 22 onto RancheHouse Rd • RIGHT TURNS allowed onto Hwy 22 from RancheHouse Rd Southbound on Hwy 22 • To access the RancheHouse, TURN LEFT onto Sunset Blvd, reach RancheHouse Rd via Sunset Dr • To access southbound Hwy 22 from the RancheHouse, go north through Sunset Ridge; turn left at the lights at Sunset Blvd and Hwy 22 This early notice is to give everyone plenty of time to get used to the new traffic pattern. Once the work is underway, leaving the RancheHouse may take another minute or two, but turning onto southbound Hwy 22 will be much safer for everyone.
