RANDOM RAMBLINGS On Living On Borrowed Time, the Purpose of Life and My Own Mortality. April 27,2014 When we look at life from a general perspective, we are all living in borrowed time. Nobody can ever be certain when it would be times-up for each of us. Some are given longer time than others. That is the beauty of life. Mankind often sought lifes purpose from the religion that they belonged to and from the kind of faith that they lived for in their hearts. There is certainly nothing wrong with that for if you look at humanity as a whole, people have varying religions and belief systems. As long as each can live harmoniously and most of all LOVE one another truly then we should all be alright whatever sect/denomination each belongs to. If each would realize this then we could solve most of the worlds challenges/problems that are in fact majority of which are merely unlovingly man-made. Time is a most precious resource and gift from God. If only each would truly recognize and realize that we are all here on borrowed time then everyone will make sure each moment that is spent here on earth are more meaningful and truly a reflection of what our respective Gods want from us. Life is short and fleeting, we will never know when its time to say goodbye albeit we may never even have the opportunity to do so. While we still have time, while we are still here and still capable, may each of us learn that there is no other way to live this life except to be a living manifestation of our Gods love. It is as simple as that. Love one another as I have loved you is a very powerful universal teaching that leaves no room for doubt, fear, anger and all the other negative emotions that often lead to negative un-loving actions towards others. I have never questioned my own mortality. Just like anybody else, I am living on borrowed time. I may not have lived a perfect life nor have been able to live a fully loving life at this stage because just like anybody else i succumb to my human frailties some times somehow. But I make a conscious effort to bounce back once I catch myself wallowing in such frailties. I am aware I can rest on the comfort though that I know I tried and I am still trying to love everyone the way my God wants me to love them. And when my time is up, I will delight in the knowledge that those whom I spent my lifes journey with is fully aware of that as well. :-) ♡♡♡♡ Namaste
