The Serb has also bagged three important Premier League goals. 3) Gary Cahill - 8 Formed a fantastic partnership with Terry at the back, largely keeping Brazilian international David Luiz out of the side. Is very composed with the ball at his feet, but also is extremely strong in the air. 2) John Terry - 9 Terrys marshalled the side with the best defensive record in the country, making countless last-ditch tackles and heroic blocks for Mourinhos side. 1) Eden Hazard - 9 Pretty brilliant all season. Hes the best dribbler in the Premier League, and has bamboozled defences week in week out. The Belgian is the Blues top scorer with 14 in all competitions, and their most important player right now.
