RANT: In the three years Ive been with her father, I have given the 16 yo a 32 flat screen tv, a queen sized bed, about $150 worth of diamond jewelry, an iPod docking station/stereo/alarm clock thing, scrubbed her nasty ass bathroom (its the only one with a rub and I wanted a hot bath), baby Sat her sister all summer so she could hang out with her friends, and Lord knows what else. And she still treats me like my sole purpose in life is to irritate her and considers me a leach on her father because I dont work (health reasons. I worked until recently). Today I woke her up for work so her dad could sleep because her recently had surgery. I got my head ripped off. I gave her a $35 jar of bare essentials powder and her response was k. I know teenagers are daemons but come on. Please keep in mind I list the things given to her not because material items should gain respect but because her excuse for being disrespectful is I dont contribute and am only taking from the household (aka using her dad) Can I put coal in her stocking and call it good?
