RANT: Jan 28 meeting agenda here: ohp.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=21372 This MPS and the Borland Home nomination met the substantive, technical, and academic requirements of the National Park Service for listing in the National Register of Historic Places--a system which was invented by scholars, academics, and legislators over a 50 year period because of the value of Historic Resources.
