RANT: Ok Im a liberal or a democrat- you know, mostly, in theory. Anyway- I work at a doctors office that sees lots of different patients of all different socioeconomic statuses. But it never ceases to amaze me how many people are here, not because they are sick or need help. Many are here solely to get out of work. People come to our suite and ask what do you all do here? And what they really mean is Is this another office I can waste taxpayer time and money in and get a work excuse from? These people are professional patients. They work 10 times harder at avoiding a real job than they would if they actually worked a day in their life! And this is why Republicans and conservatives argue against social programs and medicaid and welfare. Because for every hardworking single parent that needs the help, there seem to be 7 or 8 lazy bums trying to get something for nothing. Ok Rant over, back to my regularly scheduled hippie-give peace a chance- programming.
