**RANT TIME** Maybe its simply because I have friends who are cops BUT, the consistent spread of videos and or comments on Facebook regarding police brutality has gotten to a point in which the overwhelming population on my news feed seems to want to join and or create an anti-police Movement. Although I believe in the power of exposure and or providing evendeince that supports (in this case) the bashing of cops or for that matter , exposing anyone and or anything in which the behaviour of any entity in authority is abusing its power. **BUT*** HERES THE SIMPLE DIFFERENCE. .. if you can not clearly articulate a soultions via social media (if thats the platform you choose to use) then please note; Your opinion on the matter is nothing more then a pass the problem to the next person solution. You lack leadership and in some respect guilty of spreading videos that promote division without the minimal attempt to provide a remedy to the (before mentioned) problem. This is the ultimate problem with our leadership-less society. Instead of coming together and discussing potential soultions to what seems to be an epidemic of abusing power, we use our camera phones to speak louder then our voice and provide more fuel to an already aggressive culture. Im also incredibly curious to know if God forbid you find yourself in a situation in need of help, will you dial 911 or call the person who spreads videos in the fashion in which is being promoted today. I have a suspension, youll choose to dial 911. Nothing is perfect, however, the solution to creating a remedy for an imperfect society isnt going to work by spreading substance-less videos that provide nothing more then brutal entertainment that feeds our appetite to be nosey more so then progressive.
