{RANT with a POSITIVE note!} Call me naive perhaps but I really LOVE being a Fitness Instructor and try to follow a code of ethics & conduct with my fellow Instructors. 💙Clean up after your class {pick up trash} 💙Lock up if you are the last class. 💙Have mic ready for next Instructor {if you use one} 💙Wait OUTSIDE til the previous class finishes before entering the Group X room. 💙Saying hello and chat with other members regardless if they take my class or not. I find it EXTREMELY rude when an Instructor has no respect for me or the members and walks into class {while in the middle of a section} and starts talking to me as if we are the only people in the room. Then starts setting up for their class 35 mins EARLY and wants to sit and watch now?!? Are you kidding me?!?! There is a CLASS going on and you are being rude to the members and disrespectful to me. Dont worry! I called her out and told her she was rude. I dont like arguing with people, but she needed to be put in her place. {UPSIDE} I did not allow this person of no CLASS to mess up the class flow and continued giving my class the BEST 50 mins of their life! Its their workout not mine and I teach for THEM! No hiccup, just brush the dirt off the shoulders, move on, shine on and HELP others to be the BEST they can be when they come to class. NO ONE can take that away from them! 💙💙💙
