RARE, RAW, REALITY, UNTIL NEXT TIME! (Video) August 13th, 2014. The words of a Black man, as said to a contrived White female reporter: “We have been shot in the streets like dogs and niggas. [Startled reporter attempts to stop interview]. “Now, don’t move [the microphone] back. We being killed like niggas in the street. ” **Niggas? A poisonous word-gift to our ancestors from their White oppressors. Black people call each other niggas every day. This dysfunction contributes to why Black people are killed, by whoever chooses, so fearlessly in the U.S.** Busted on camera, the reporter is forced to endure raw Black America truth. Finally, she forces a TV smile and says, “I appreciate your time, your comments and your emotion…” “And your emotions!!” Real Black truth telling is often referred to as emotions, and not as perspectives. **Purging deadly or compromising anti-Black consequences from the behaviors and systems of the U.S. will require Black people to unlearn internalized White supremacy as a deliberate function. Until then, we will continue to experience temporary rage, while nothing really changes, then become complacent again.
