RASKOLS....A LOT of people have been asking me about the Alan Aragon Nutrition Seminar happening in Toronto (whether Im going, details etc). To CONFIRM, yes I WILL be there (and at that VIP Dinner). As you guys know, Alan Aragon is THE dude when it comes to nutrition (the majority of nutrition info in my + other Youtubers videos come directly from him). If I am Michelangelo, Alon is Master Splinter. This sick event is damn essential for reaching the pinnacle of nutrition knowledge. Im not going to name drop the people, but the biggest names in Toronto (plus surrounding area) are going to be there. This is Alans first time lecturing in Toronto. I think it sold out of its original venue so they moved it to a bigger one. I cant recommend it highly enough (and no Im not paid to say this, Alon is a Broseidon).
