RAW Fit Clubs first WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE of 2015 is HERE!! Come down to RAW Fit Club at the American International School Cape Town (18:30 – 19: 30) on either Tuesday the 3rd of Feb or Thursday the 5th of Feb for your initial weigh in. However, the Fitness Test will happen on Thursday the 5th of Feb, so be there if you want to see how your fitness improves over the 8 weeks. The challenge will end on the respective Tuesday / Thursday, 8 weeks after you initial weigh in. The final Fitness Test will occur on Thursday the 2nd of April. This 8 week challenge provides you with personal information with regards to many different aspects of fitness: - Weight - Fat % - Muscle % - Water % - Visceral Fat Rating - Centimetres - Fitness Level (3 km time trial, no. Pushups, situps and burpees) After your initial weigh in you are more than welcome to weigh in and measure centimetres with us at any point during the 8 weeks. We also suggest you take photos of yourself during the 8 weeks so that you can visually track your progress.
