RCSAR volunteers: The Heli-Training with Flight for Life is scheduled for June 25 at 1800. There is no training on the regular date of June 18. The LZ is approximately 8 miles from town and is about a 15 minute drive from the 7-11 west of town. The LZ is close to the Elk River Cemetery. The people who participated in the outdoor ELT training have been to the LZ. . I wanted everybody to be aware that you will have to leave a little earlier to get to the LZ. If you can not make it by 1800, come any way. The training should take about an hour to complete. I will have additional information and detailed driving instructions out by June 23rd. ~MB.
