RE: EPAL Personally, I would like to know where the donation of goods, particularly, food items come from. The persons name or the company/office or organization or project names and their likes, are brands that give the seal of guarantee to what is being donated. The donor puts his reputation on the line. The administrative accountabilities, both from the sending and receiving ends, are better defined. Benchmarks raised put a stop to the distribution of expired or just about to expire food items or goods that otherwise should be relegated to the garbage. I will know who to sue in case of food poisoning. To identify the source is never EPAL. It is unlike the streamers in public works - thats EPAL.
