RE/MAX Stock starts trading tomorrow ! The timing is perfect because institutional investors are looking for more places to put money to take advantage of the renewed housing boom and of course earnings are up. The RE/MAX model is unique in the market place and could actually add more "permanence and definition" to the earnings and give this stock a lower beta than the industry group. It will be interesting how the capital infusion affects the company, I think it will be all good. Always consult your financial, tax and legal advisors before you invest of course!
