Ufuoma (aka we must obey our pdp leaders) said that whatever pdp leaders say must be obeyed. Now pdp leaders have said that Ufuoma Ilolos in-law Efekodo and indeed every Oleh man should quit from the house of assembly race, Ufuoma is now saying that Oleh people are be cheated. Ufuoma dont you want to obey pdp leaders again? As big as Oleh kingdom and as educated as Oleh people, Oleh politicians will allow Aviara politicians to dictate for Oleh. Oleh people always rely on external people to determine her political faith. It is very shameful. Arise Oleh, arise! Oleh has the number. My submission: 1) This panel lacks the competence and adequate knowledge to judge this case, This you saw from the 1st statement made by the panel, which is not only contradictory to his judgment, but also showed his ignorance of his allocated duty 2) The words used by Emma Ukolobi are distasteful and used in a very disrespectful manner against the people of Oleh, unless we want to set a bad example where people we start calling everyone, your family, mine and even a whole community wizards in this page, unless this caricature judgment is set aside and given to competent hands to try. 3) I hereby join Paul Tutu in this suit for his distasteful and disrespectful statement against the people of Oleh, unless he has any evidence to support his claim from his poor judgment below, that there has been cases of wizards in the history of Oleh. From the above, Emma Ukolobi run afoul of our rule 3 if viewed literally, by calling Oleh people wizards that are destroying Oleh. But in fairness to Mr Ukolobi, there have been cases of wizards in the history of oleh and that exonerate Ukolobi of any wrong. In conclusion, I trust the leadership of this forum will do the right and proper thing, by setting aside this poor judgment for the above obvious reasons, and also grant my request to join Paul Tutu in the suit for his comment which also violates the UNR rules, and set up a competent panel to handle this sensitive case, unless we all want to set a new precedence in UNR.
