READ IT!! To all my clients taking the Experience and everyone else who prosper in the health & fitness lifestyle..... Someone said to me All you do is calisthenics and light resistance exercises? You wont get strong like that! So I responded by lifting this 455lb dead lift ( first time ever! AND I placed down nicely )then explained that producing force and muscular development doesnt come from lifting heavy weights at all. It comes from maximizing tension and contraction performing full ROM and isometric exercises regardless of the resistance being used. I repeat!! YOU DO NOT NEED TO TRAIN WITH HEAVY WEIGHTS TO DEVELOP FORCE!! If you want to learn correct and effective training methods, find a trainer like myself who can educate you, not try to impress you with some bullsh%t. Yup.
