READ MY LIPS PARENTS!!!! LIKE SHEEP. Parental Alienation is PARENTAL SLAUGHTER!!!! I honestly do not know how many times I have stated that Parental Alienation was not a strong enough term to describe what parents endure as a result of this “coined phrase”! For the loving parents that are made to endure this, it has no end and they get handed tidbits of false hope from those who need them to keep the problem going. How many parents have had their own lawyer leave their rights unprotected, led to believe that a parenting agreement or a visitation and contact order was an iron clad declaration that if the other parent breaks the provisions of the order they will be held accountable. That is just one of the lies we are led to believe until it actually happens. Granted, Awareness is on the rise but so is the political push to continue to keep parents out of the lives of their own children. People still think that they are going to walk into a family court room and receive justice, vindication, and a voice. Like sheep to slaughter parents swallow this notion of Justice, yet see less and less as their battles ensue and then begin to drag out over the course of months and years. They are given the wrong information to protect their rights and then find themselves pushed aside for the next “new” case that offers bigger money in its immaturity and more potential lengthy time in litigation. Even educated parents who are well schooled on state and federal laws find themselves grazing in a field of dead grass!!! There is no one there to feed them the truth about their constitutional rights or how to pursue a case once it has been ignored, overlooked, cast aside and allowed to end up in another state or without any jurisdiction at all!!! Parental Alienation is more than child abuse, it is usually filled with civil rights violations and parents are stuck in a cycle that becomes a state of being in constant grief. The loss of a child though complete alienation has no ending and the means to an end usually holds great consequences to the parent who speaks ill of the system or the mistakes that were made along the way. If they try to go save their child themselves from these abusers; they are met by one or more hostile opponents of their rights to care for and protect their own flesh and blood! Complete strangers have the final say usually with lack of the correct or true facts and must fear kidnapping charges or worse. Yet the system will not re-define the “best interests of the children”. That would lose hundreds of millions of dollars to the enemy of loving parents and family members who have been deliberately silenced and sentenced to an invisible prison of fear and deep emotional scars. Sheep is what we have become. If one does not conform to the ideals of the court rather than the ideals that they grew up with and what in their hearts are what they desire to instill in their children who are being wrongfully kept from them they are placed in fear of never seeing the child again. Parents are forced into signing agreements under duress by the judge to lose parental rights if they don’t. They are drawn of their money, their health, and their relationship with their children because of a society that has created this “phrase”. Why should a parent have to graze in a pasture of poison and hatred that has been instilled in their children by another human being??? Parental rights are second to a human decision of sole custody even if the case was based on fraud and perjury! Like sheep to slaughter we have no other place to go but the one place that destroyed the parental relationship in the first place. Courts often are quite aware that grave errors were made, that judicial abuse of discretion is rampant, and still good and fit parents are being slaughtered by the profiteers. This is not just a problem for the unfortunate people who have had to endure it; it is a problem facing the world. The future leaders are going to have no clue what family values even are but they are going to take oaths in offices to protect them??? They are going to uphold human rights when they were never able to witness them being protected? Need I even go on about the potential and near clear and present danger here???. I thought not. The demolition and undermining of the role of the biological parent is just a term??? NO; It is now a tragic way of life for millions of loving parents and the effects are just becoming realized in a small spectrum of the public eye. Why? Well it is easy to lead sheep, but it is difficult to lead leaders isn’t it! Like sheep to slaughter… parents and children being cut in the jugular and all they have is an old powerless phrase to hang on to and discuss the paralyzing pain of what should be deemed a criminal act caused by criminals that is sanctioned by a broken system that needs far more than an over haul but rather needs to be abolished!!! Political agenda’s do not belong in the lives of parents and children! The justice system is not a place to settle a family matter and no money should pass hands in the name of providing a child with a carefree and happy childhood! People are enraged at the thought of cruelty to animals. Well if those affected by this disgrace are all sheep and oh are they for sure; but they ARE such without fair warning or choice! Where the public outrage for this immense cruelty that would be far is better named PARENTAL SLAUGHTER!!!???? S. Lombard-Elmore©
