READ THIS!!! Just because something is labeled as healthy, low-fat, fat-free, or it might be quick, easy or convenient - it DOES NOT mean that its a healthy option or worth what youre doing to your body. We need to be more aware of what were putting into our bodies. Take a little extra time to MAKE your meals from healthy, whole foods, taken straight from ground to mouth, whenever possible! That way you KNOW what youre putting into your body. You will pay extra money and time for the better food and effort it takes NOW....or pay extra money in medical bills and possibly a shorter life span later. Your choice.
