READER QUESTION: Help! I have a wilful, bright, demanding and un-co-operative 3 nearly 4 yr old daughter. Not just sometimes (like I would expect), but seemingly every minute of the day there is a drama, debate, complete defiance or unwillingness to listen or co-operate with the simplest of things and its draining me of all my patience. I know I need to muster more patience, but we have another one on the way and am at a loss as to how to handle my little girl in the best and most positive way for all of us. Sometimes I handle it very badly by shouting when Im at the end of my tether (usually after a few bad days in a row and all the gentle explanations as to why not to do/to-do things or time-outs have exhausted me). I know this is not the answer, will not achieve anything good and always leads to tears and guilt. **REMEMBER this is a friendly community. Mean comments will be deleted.**
