READING AS A HABIT. Theres this popular saying among studentsafter my exams,even signboard,I no go readand I begin 2 wonder is reading really a taboo amongst student nd d society @large? If one doesnt read,how does one gets informed?having heard dat theres another saying dat goes thusif you dont read,you dont get informed and if youre not informed,you get deformedso you see not reading and not getting informed is a kind of deformity. Reading is supposed 2 be a continual habit all the days of ones life irrespective of the condition life places one.The irony of this is those who dont know how 2 read strives 2 know while those that can read and write wish they hadnt learned how to read in d first place due 2 laziness or lack of motivation. Reading broadens ones horizons,gets one informed and makes one stand out among the crowd.Reading increases ones vocabulary be it a work of fiction,journal,magazine,newspaper,current affairs e.t.c,it expands one knowledge on societal and economical issues both locally and internationally.
