Winter Wonderland is a freeform shaped focal size bead, measuring 35.5x27.5mm hole to hole/diameter and 16.25mm thick . The intricate paneled bead has; 1 panel in a deep cobalt blue glass, and one 1 panel in a bright cobalt blue, each is topped with hand painted snowflakes in a shimmery white detail and 2 panels of dichroic 1 in a sweet baby blue and the other a light blue grey. It is topped with reduced silver glass mirrored and wintery white raised dots in a random pattern. The bead has approximately a 3mm hole which makes it great for your leather or ribbon jewelry making designs. This style of bead is very labor intensive. Each bead takes about an hour to make. I am passionate about the design because it truly speaks to my artistic style. I am a self-representing Artist, SRA A64. All of my lampwork beads are made by me in my Seattle area studio. Each bead is properly digitally annealed from torch to kiln and soaks overnight to ensure quality and durability, then cleaned and inspected before listing. I also do all of the metal work myself.
