REAL ESTATE LAW CLERK Are you an experienced real estate law clerk with 3+ years under your belt and the ability to provide solid support for a real estate practice with minimal supervision? On behalf of one of our terrific law firm clients, Gilmore Partners is searching for a dynamic, flexible and technically proficient law clerk with recent commercial and residential real estate experience. Our client is a well-respected mid-sized law firm in the downtown core. Their clients are interesting and the lawyers in the firm are, too. General Responsibilities Handle files from start to finish Collaborate with other team members Review leases and draft leasing language including amendments, as required Prepare closing documents including agenda, corporate approvals/resolutions, tenant notices, etc. Perform title searches Coordinate appropriate accounting support, including statements of adjustment Qualifications 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience, including recent real estate law clerk experience Proficient with applicable software packages, including Cyberbon, Teraview, and Conveyancer A sense of humour The ability to be an asset within a team but work independently Detail-oriented, able to bring order where it’s needed – and you actually like being organized and on top of things ILCO certification If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!
