REASON WHY TARGETED INDIVIDUALS ARE TORTURED The basic component of the Monarch Program is the sophisticated manipulation of the targeted individuals mind to protect itself from extreme trauma by creating a psychotic imbed such as Multiple Personality Disorder. The most brutal inhumane severe torture imaginable is used on the targeted individual to create extensive MPD. Then the various alters [personalities) are found and programmed using state of the art mind-control. Harmonics and sound waves (ultrasound) are used to manipulate the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious. Harmonic generators code named ether-wave are able to imbed detailed commands which are linked to audible triggers. This is one of the standard features of the Monarch program. It allows the targeted individual to be controlled by trigger words which make no sense or seem to carry no negative connotation to outside listeners. For instance the words, bathroom might set off an access sequence so that a targeted individual who is away from its CIA NSA handler will commit an action or audible sequence such as going to a specific location and performing a specific task. They live normal lives but perhaps carry out an assignment many years down the road at a prearranged date or a prearranged trigger. Some of the targeted individuals have been turned into sleepers so that they can be available when the CIA NSA seeks to have an action take place. Again, the basic component of the Monarch Program is extreme trauma. Extreme trauma is frequently used on the targeted individuals, both psychological and physical, to to create MPD, or other mental illness, in the creation of the Monarch Victim, and later it is used to remove memories after the Monarch Victim has carried out a mission or action sequence, or to instill fear and obedience in a reluctant Monarch Victim. This is why Monarch Victims are often killed or mentally maimed after they are no longer of any value to their CIA NSA handlers, because that Monarch could become a loose cannon or could come back in the future and testify to what has been done to the by our government and that the CIA NSA will not allow. Monarch Victims generally carry horrible body memories of excruciating tortures to their entire bodies. Torture of the targeted individual is absolutely necessary for TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL to work. They are using trauma to fragment the human mind forcing the mind of the targeted individual to disassociate so that it is easier to move in and de-pattern and re-pattern the brain of the targeted individual to achieve three things: CENSORSHIP, MEMORY MANAGEMENT AND DIRECT BEHAVIORAL CONTROL.
