REBIRTHING OF A KINGDOM NATION Catch Gods Vision If you dont have the gospel thats worth being rejected maybe you dont have the gospel that you think you have. Jesus sent the disciples to preach the gospel (good news) of the Kingdom of God and told the disciples that whoever rejected them were really rejecting Him and that to reject Him was to reject the Father. Is the gospel you are carrying being rejected by Pharisaical leaders who hold on to the past? Is the gospel you are carrying being rejected by the scribes (book authors) who believe theyve captured some great revelation of the Apostolic, Prophetic or Spiritual Warfare movements, the Word of Faith, Prosperity gospels or Conservative theology? If not, then you are probably not preaching the gospel of the Kingdom, and perhaps, really are preaching some other gospel altogether and not even preaching the gospel of salvation let alone preaching the gospel of the Kingdom. Whether you follow Piper or Robison, or Hagin or MacArthur, or Hagee or this one or that one, at the beginning and end of the day the real question is, are you following someone who is preaching Jesus and His Kingdom message manifesting the culture of Kingdom citizenship, or following some preacher thats following some preacher and calling it apostolic, even calling it Kingdom? Whether you are being led down a path of conservative Christianity or Jewish/Hebrew roots Christianity or Word of Faith theology or Apostolic/Prophetic theology, if you arent seeking first Gods Kingdom and learning the Kingdom message from the mouth of Jesus you are being tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine. If you arent rooted and grounded in the words of Jesus who came preaching the Kingdom of God because youve been seduced by no limit of rabbit trails in your search for what God is saying and doing then you havent started at the right place no matter how good you feel about the place where you think you are at. You see young man, young woman, whether you are a pastor, praise dancer, musician, bishop, elder or call yourself an apostle, it could be very true that God called you and indeed is keeping you, but Hes not called one of us to ignore or disregard or worse yet, reject the words of Jesus in the Fathers doctrine of the Kingdom that He sent Jesus to preach. Walk in any bookstore and go to the religious section and there is no limit to the number of authors who all have something to say about how to get to that next place in God. Many of them are writing from their own personal experiences and many worse yet are only academic Christians that function only on what they can understand academically but are spiritually remiss. Now Ive said a lot. Ask yourself these questions. How much do you really know the parables Jesus preached concerning the Kingdom? Do you know and understand the first parable Jesus preached because He said that if you dont understand the first parable then how will you understand all the parables. Ask yourself what is the Kingdom of God really supposed to mean, and dont rely on your own answer. Go study the word Kingdom in the Hebrew and Greek text so that you know what God says the Kingdom is supposed to mean to you. Ask yourself if in all your years of preaching, have you ever come back and learned from Jesus how to preach and teach the Kingdom of God and demonstrate the Kingdom just as He instructed us all to do? Be honest with yourself with the next question. Ask yourself, how did you learn ministry? Did you learn ministry from your dad or mom, from your pastor or apostle, from your bishop, from the denomination, and was their emphasis on preaching the same exact identical Kingdom message Jesus preached and did they teach you to do the same? Here is my point.....how can you or I really say that we represent Jesus and the gospel if we dont preach the gospel Jesus preached? Now I know that what I am saying may shake you up, perhaps you want to just stop reading and write me off as somehow being hurt by the Church or acting like I know more than you, but again; how can you or I really say that we represent Jesus and the gospel if we dont preach the gospel Jesus preached? Today we have bishops that pride themselves on the number of churches under them but an examination of the pastors who follow them only reveals that people, leaders included are attached to the charisma and perceived theology of the leader, but again, where is the Kingdom message Jesus preached and where is the equipping of the saints to do the same as they are called to serve in the word and ministry of reconciliation? And when you add money to the errors weve been walking in, almost all of us conclude that if the money is coming in we must be doing something right. Just look at the TV show The Preachers of L.A. And just because a ministry may not be outward flashy and in excess, it could be the most conservative of Christian theological representation but at the end of the day, its about how much money is coming in to fuel that ministry. This is why the book offers, membership clubs, partner clubs, book sales and give away promotions. Some TV ministries need $50,000 a month to pay TV broadcast bills and so they are forever on a quest to reach millions of people because its really about the numbers and they preach what they know the people like to hear. Whenever you fail to ask yourself the hard questions you will always unknowingly settle for the answers you have, but to the wrong questions. What should you do from here? Beloved, its so simple that you are going to dislike me all the more for it. Here is the answer.....just stop right where you are, and begin to go back to the gospels as a child in love with Jesus again the way your were when you first became born again, and find everywhere in the gospels where Jesus preached the Kingdom and delegated the assignment to His disciples, first the 12, then the 70 and now to you and I. That is the starting place of returning back to Gods doctrine concerning the Kingdom and what you will find is that over time your mind will begin to become renewed to the truth, the hidden mystery of the Kingdom and you will come to understand the urgency, priority, power and responsibility of the Kingdom message that has been hidden in plain view. You will begin developing in the culture of your Kingdom citizenship and things that took forever to change in your life, bad habits, attitudes and ways of thinking will just seemingly fall off of you because you will begin to become transformed from the inside out. Yes beloved what I am saying is that in the midst of a whole lot of religious mumbo jumbo there is something God has accomplished in you that is unshakeable, and that is the Kingdom of God. I know, I know you really dont want to believe what you are reading and its easier to write me off as a heretic but I challenge you my brother, my sister, ask yourself and answer the questions I offered and be honest with yourself, and then go do the research and tell me what youve learned, and six weeks from now tell me what God by the power of His Holy Spirit has done to transform you from the inside out as youve come to know and understand Gods preached message of the Kingdom of God. You see, all the songs we sing, the praise dancing, the preaching and pontificating really doesnt mean a whole lot to God if we are not approaching God on His terms and preaching His message. Throw stones at me but consider what I am saying. Why dont you think that more of the Church is equipped to do the work of the ministry? On a whole regardless to your spiritual dad, mentor, bishop, pastor, apostle or what have you, we started from the wrong premises and trained people to build ministry like a business but not build the people to truly advance the Kingdom.
