RECEPTIONIST - LIVERPOOL Receptionist - Full Time - Excellent pay - Liverpool A full-time receptionist is required for a large retail agency based in Liverpool. You will be responsible for all reception duties and administrative tasks, which include but not limited to: Maintaining the reception area; Attend to enquiries with an efficient and polite manner including meeting and greeting clients and suppliers; Answering incoming telephone calls; determining the purpose of the calls and forwarding the calls to the appropriate personnel or department; Managing incoming and outgoing mail; Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as typing of correspondence, scanning, photocopying, collating and data entry; Processing payments/refunds Daily cash handling. Stock control. Managing online recruitment and booking people for interviews. Employee invoicing. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate: Initiative in administrative areas to ensure reception runs efficiently and successfully. Must also be interested in taking up further training provided by the company. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Immaculate Presentation Strong attention to detail Excellent phone manner A friendly, enthusiastic and can-do attitude Can-Do attitude.
